The TROPICAL PARADISE COLLECTION presents two invitations adorned with
beautiful orchids that look and feel so real you'll have to look twice. Choose one that best
fits you, PURPLE ORCHID or ORANGE PASSION, each a modern design with a refreshing
burst of color, separating them from the standard invitation. This invitation collection
is perfect for a destination or themed event, or even for an event that you'd just
like to send something special. Delivered in a USPS approved box that seals itself,
there's no need for extra tape or messy glues.

The Tropical Paradise Collection is available also in the color inks orchid and passion respectfully. All invitations are printed in standard black ink, unless otherwise noted. Color ink will be applied to the bride and grooms names, and if selected, decorative ornament on the invitation. It will also be applied to the selected decorative ornament on corresponding pieces, such as RSVP and reception cards. Envelopes will be printed in black, due to the variety of envelope colors. There is a one-time fee of $50 for all color ink.

 

 

 

Mailing Tips


Below are a few mailing tips we've come up with, to help your mailing go smoothly:
• We've found the easiest way to seal our boxes is to buy an envelope sealer sponge pen, that can be found at any office supply store.
• Before we ship your box invitations, we make sure that they each weigh 7.5 ounces. This includes the invitation, RSVP set, crinkle paper and box. If you've ordered a reception card, or map card, we'll be happy to weigh those additional items for you. Keep in mind, anything else you may throw in your box sets on your own, will have to be weighed separately at your post office. You can calculate how much postage to anticipate by visiting www.usps.com and typing in 7.5 ounces and your destination zip code.

 

Shipping

• The shipping for your box invitation order will be calculated on a per order basis. This fee will be determined after you place your order, and noted on your order confirmation.
• All box invitation orders will be shipped by UPS Ground, unless otherwised noted.


Order Samples


• Orders may be placed on our secure online form, by fax 847.818.1462 or by phone 847.818.1442. *International orders must be placed online or by fax.

• We recommend ordering samples before placing your invitation order. We offer samples from previous runs for sale. Box invitation samples are a non-refundable sample fee. $7.95 will be added for shipping costs.

• Small swatch guides (approximately 2"x2") are also offered in case you're interested in just seeing and feeling the papers of a particular invitation. Swatch guides contain the papers of the selected invitation, and are offered at $4 each. This fee is nonrefundable.

• Sample and Swatch guide orders are processed every Tuesday and Thursday, and sent via US mail. PaperLove Invitations is not responsible for swatch guide orders lost by the US Postal service.
