PaperLove Invitations has several options to submit your INVITATION order, depending on your level of comfort. To place your order, please go to the appropriate section.

• Orders may be placed securely online, by fax 847.818.1462, mail or by phone 847.818.1442. *International orders must be placed online or by fax.
To order online:
This option allows you to pay securely with your credit card only.

Fax your order: Use the Fax Order Form to print out and fax to, 847.818.1462, and pay with your credit card.
Mail your order: Print out the Mail Order Form and mail it to the below address.
This option allows you to pay with your credit card, cashier's check or money order in US funds.

A 50% deposit is required to begin the process of your order, and place you on the production schedule.
•All orders placed online or by fax, will receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours and your credit card will be charged 50% of your total bill.
•If you submitted your order form by mail and paid by cashier's check or money order, please allow 1-2 days for funds to clear. Orders will then be processed and you will receive your e-mail confirmation.
•If you submitted your order form by mail and paid by credit card, your order will be processed upon receipt, and you will then receive e-mail confirmation.

E-mail confirmations will include shipping and handling costs and also taxes, if you live in Illinois. Please note, that any adjustments and or additions to your order will be reflected in your final invoice.

Within 3 business days of e-mail confirmation, you will receive a PDF proof of your invitation, by your selected choice of either e-mail or fax. Please print, review, sign and date the proof. One round of changes are included with your order. There will be a $25 charge for each additional round of changes. Please review your proof carefully before signing off.
•PaperLove Invitations is not responsible for charges incurred by changes after sign-off.
•PaperLove Invitations is not responsible for errors overlooked. Your signature on the proof provided indicates that you have approved all artwork, text and color and that PaperLove Invitations can proceed with printing.
•Once the proof has been approved, a refund cannot be given.

Signed proofs can either be returned by fax (847.818.1462) or by mail. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, after "sign-off" and approval of all proofs.

All orders will be shipped by UPS ground. Shipping and handling costs can be determined by the chart below. All orders will have the appropriate charges reflected in the e-mail confirmation. Please remember to add the appropriate shipping charges when sending your order by mail. Orders will not be shipped until final payment has been received and funds have cleared. PaperLove Invitations is not responsible for damages incurred in shipping. Please note, box invitation orders will be calculated per order basis. The below chart does not apply to box invitation orders.

You may also select UPS insurance when placing your order. Each UPS domestic or international package shipment is automatically protected by UPS against loss or damage up to a value of $100. Additional insurance coverage provides protection above $100. Coverage for each additional $100 of value can be purchased for $1.00. For example, if your order total is $1,500, the insurance would be $14, because the first $100 is free.

You may also request the UPS service of "Signature Required" for a flat fee of $5.00. UPS will not leave your package without your signature with this selected service. This service would be beneficial if you live on a busy road or it's the rainy season in your state.
