Orders that are shipped to destinations in Illinois are subject to a 8.5% sales tax. Sales tax will be added and included upon e-mail confirmation.

All orders will be shipped by UPS ground. Shipping and handling costs can be determined by the chart below. All orders will have the appropriate charges reflected in the e-mail confirmation. Please remember to add the appropriate shipping charges when sending your order by mail. Orders will not be shipped until final payment has been received and funds have cleared. PaperLove Invitations is not responsible for damages incurred in shipping. Please note, box invitation orders will be calculated per order basis. You may also select UPS insurance when placing your order. Each UPS domestic or international package shipment is automatically protected by UPS against loss or damage up to a value of $100. Additional insurance coverage provides protection above $100. Coverage for each additional $100 of value can be purchased for $1.00. For example, if your order total is $1,500, the insurance would be $14, because the first $100 is free.

You may also request the UPS service of "Signature Required" for a flat fee of $5.00. UPS will not leave your package without your signature with this selected service. This service would be beneficial if you live on a busy road or it's the rainy season in your state.

We gladly accept international orders, but require orders to be submitted by secure online, fax or mail, and accept payment by credit card only. Please remember to add the last three digits from the backside of your credit card, in the white signature strip, in the payment section of the fax/mail form. Please note that additional fees may be required for shipping.

International shipping charges can vary greatly, depending on the weight of your order and your address. We ship internationally by US Parcel Service, which usually takes between 6-12 days. Please note, that your country's customs office may collect import duties or taxes, which we are unable to calculate before shipping. And taxes due on delivery are separate from shipping charges, and are your responsibility. These fees may vary. PaperLove Invitations is not responsible for any oversees custom fees incurred by international shipping. If you do not receive your package within 6-12 days, contact your local postal office. We've had several clients' packages just sit there, and were unnotified of their packages arrival. PaperLove Invitations is not responsible for damages incurred in shipping.

Due to the personalized nature of PaperLove Invitations, all sales are final. Please give careful consideration before signing-off on your proof. Once approval signatures have been received on the proof, a refund cannot be given.

If an order is cancelled before signing-off on your proof, a $50 typesetting fee will be assessed, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Again, once approval signatures and sign-off has been received, a refund cannot be given.

PaperLove Invitations takes your privacy very seriously. We are very committed to the security of your information. We do not share, sell or trade our customer's information under any circumstance.

PaperLove Invitations makes great effort to ensure the best quality of our invitations and under normal circumstances take between 4-8 weeks to produce (depending on what type of invitation you've ordered). Rush orders are handled on a time-sensitive basis and are only handled if there is room in the production schedule. If you need your invitations sooner than the 8-10 weeks, please contact us, so that we can check our production schedule to see if we can meet your dates. Rush fees may apply.
