PaperLove Invitations provides handmade invitations that take several weeks to produce. If not planned properly, wedding invitations can cause unnecessary anxiety. Please see the below production schedule as a guideline to follow after placing your order. These are the guidelines that PaperLove Invitations follows to stay on schedule. You should place your order at least 4-5 months in advance. Once you place your order, and it is received via secure online, fax or mail, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours.

Within 3 business days of e-mail confirmation, you will receive a PDF proof of your invitation, by your selected choice of either e-mail or fax. Depending on how many rounds of changes are made, please allow for up to 2 weeks for the proof process. With each round of changes, a new pdf proof will be sent within 3 business days. Of course, if you have no changes on your proof, your order will proceed much quicker. Please keep in mind, one round of changes are included with your order. There will be a $25 charge for each additional round of changes.

Please allow the following time frame for delivery, after "sign-off" and approval of all proofs:
Handmade: 4-6 weeks from time of proof approval
Letterpress: 5-8 weeks from time of proof approval
Offset: 3-5 weeks from time of proof approval
